Pursuant to Government code section 54953(e) the November 10, 2022, Regular Police Council meeting will be conducted telephonically through Zoom. Please be advised that pursuant to Government Code section 54953(e), the Authority will not provide a physical location from which the public may attend or comment.

Please make sure you indicate the item number to which your comment is related, or whether it is for the General Public Comment period at the beginning of the meeting. Your comment will be read verbatim, however words including profanity, obscenity, and discriminatory language will not be read into the record in order to avoid disruption of the meeting. VI.        BUSINESS ITEMS

  1. Results of the Financial Audit of the Central Marin Police Authority for Fiscal Year

           2021/22

           Recommendation: that Council receives the presentation regarding the audit report.

  1. Resolution 2023/03– Mid-Year Budget Review and Amendment for FY 22/23 
         Recommendation: that Council receives presentation, discusses, and approves Resolution 
     2023/03.
  2. Changes to the Authorization of Teleconference/Remote Meetings of the Central Marin Police Authority Council

           Recommendation: that Council discusses and announces the facilitation format of future Police Council meetings.

       D.  Appointment of the Central Marin Police Council Officers

             Recommendation: that Council discusses and announces the appointments of the Police Council  Chair and Vice-Chair.

The 2023 Central Marin Police Council regular meetings are scheduled to be held on February 9, May 11, August 10, and November 9, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. in the Community Room, 250 Doherty Drive, in Larkspur.

The Central Marin Police Council holds Special Meetings throughout the year as needed.

Notification at least 48 hours prior to the meeting will enable the Authority to make reasonable accommodations to help ensure accessibility to this meeting.
