Please be advised that pursuant to Government Code section 54953(e), the Authority will not provide a physical location from which the public may attend or comment.  Members of the public may access the meeting and offer public comment by clicking on the following link:

Comments received prior to 4:00 P.M. on the day of the meeting will be distributed to the entire Police Council and made available in the online agenda packet. 2. Emailing PublicComment@tcmmail.org   during the meeting. Please make sure you indicate the item number to which your comment is related, or whether it is for the General Public Comment period at the beginning of the meeting. Your comment will be read verbatim, however words including profanity, obscenity, and discriminatory language will not be read into the record in order to avoid disruption of the meeting. Your comment is subject to the same 3-minute limit as in-person spoken comments.  3. Recommendation: that Council approves Resolution 2022/06.

Recommendation: that Council receives presentation, discusses, and approves Resolution 2022/08 approving the annual AB 481 military equipment use report.

B.  Resolution No. 2022/09 -Adopting the fiscal year 2022-2023 Central Marin Police Authority budget

Recommendation: that Council receives presentation, discusses, and approves Resolution 2022/09 adopting the CMPA budget for fiscal year 2022-2023.

C.  Resolution No. 2022/10 – Authorizing the Management Committee to execute the fourth amendment to the employment agreement with Police Chief Michael Norton

Recommendation: that Council receives presentation, discusses, and approves Resolution 2022/10 authorizing the Management Committee to execute the fourth amendment to the employment agreement with Police Chief Michael Norton.

D.  Resolution No. 2022/11 –Central Marin Police Authority Full-Time Salary Listings for fiscal year 2022-2023

Recommendation: that Council receives presentation and approves Resolution No. 2022/11 adopting the full-time salary listings for the CMPA for fiscal year 2022-2023.

 E.  Resolution No. 2022/12Central Marin Police Authority’s Building Operation and Maintenance Budget

Recommendation: that Council receives presentation and approves Resolution No. 2022/12 adopting the building budget for the CMPA for fiscal year 2022-2023.

The 2022 Central Marin Police Council regular meetings are scheduled to be held on February 10, May 12, August 11, and November 10, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. in the Community Room, 250 Doherty Drive, in Larkspur.

The Central Marin Police Council holds Special Meetings throughout the year as needed.
