IV. BUSINESS ITEMS
A. Results of the Financial Audit of the Central Marin Police Authority for Fiscal Year 2018/19
Recommendation: that Council receives the presentation regarding the audit report.
B. Resolution 2020/01 – Authorize the Management Committee to amend the current Memorandum of Understanding between the Central Marin Police Officers’ Association and the Central Marin Police Authority
Recommendation: that Council receives presentation, discusses, and approves Resolution 2020/01, authorizing the Management Committee to amend the current Memorandum of Understanding between the Central Marin Police Officers’ Association and the Central Marin Police Authority.
C. Appointment of the Central Marin Police Council Officers
Recommendation: that Council discusses and announces the appointments of the Police Council Chair and Vice-Chair.
The 2020 Central Marin Police Council regular meetings are scheduled to be held on February 13, May 14, August 13, and November 12, 2020 at 6:00 P.M. in the Community Room, 250 Doherty Drive, in Larkspur.
The Central Marin Police Council holds Special Meetings throughout the year as needed.
