C.Resolution 2017/01 –Side Letters of Agreement to the 2013 and 2015 Memorandums of Understanding between the Central Marin Police Authority and the Central Marin Police Officers’ Association, based on findings of the CalPERS compensation review audit
D.Resolution 2017/02 – Amendments to Resolution 2013/01, Resolution 2015/09, and Resolution 2016/10 of the Central Marin Police Authority based on findings of the CalPERS Compensation Review Audit
E.Resolution 2017/03 – Adoption of Resolution No. 2017/03, assign a salary range to each full-time position of the Central Marin Police Authority for Fiscal Year 2014/2015
F.Resolution 2017/04 –Amending Resolution 2016/01, allowing the movement of extra monies in the equipment replacement fund to the insurance fund
Recommendation: that Council receive presentation and comment on the strategic planning for the year.
B.Resolution 2017/05 –Authorizing the Management Committee to Execute an Employment Agreement with Chief Michael Norton
Recommendation: that Council receive presentation and approve Resolution 2017/04 regarding employment agreement.
C.Appointment of the Central Marin Police Council Officers
Recommendation: that Council discuss and announce the appointments of Police Council Chair and Vice-Chair.
D.Discussion of Social Host Ordinance and Minor Alcohol Issues
Recommendation: that Council receive presentation, discuss and advise on information regarding the current Social Host Municipal Code and minor alcohol issues.
The 2017 Central Marin Police Council regular meetings are scheduled to be held on February 2, May 4, August 3, and November 2, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room, 250 Doherty Drive, in Larkspur.
The Central Marin Police Council holds Special Meetings throughout the year as needed.
